Volunteer at the Piney Branch Garden
Date: November 7, 2022
Join us, Monday, November 7th, 4-5:30pm, to prepare the Piney Branch School Garden for winter! We will be removing spent plants and adding compost to our garden beds.
This volunteer event is only for SSL students 13 and up. Volunteers under 16 years old must arrive with a parent or guardian to fill out Crossroads’ Volunteer Liability Form.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, and bring water, warm clothes, etc. We will also have water and some garden gloves to use if needed. Bathrooms will be available across the street at the Takoma Rec Center.
