Volunteer at the Piney Branch Garden

Join us to mulch the Piney Branch School Garden! We will be mulching the paths of the garden to keep weeds down and make pathways clear.
This volunteer event is only for SSL students 13 and up. Volunteers under 16 years old must arrive with a parent or guardian to fill out Crossroads’ Volunteer Liability Form.
It’s going to be a hot day! Please dress appropriately for the heat, and bring water, sunscreen, a hat, etc. We will also have water and some shade to rest in. Bathrooms will be available across the street at the Takoma Rec Center.
