Little Bites @ Main Street Pearl

Little Bites, which recently joined the TPSS Community Kitchen, is taking over Main Street Pearl for the day! Owner Miriam Palacio will be showcasing a variety of sweet and savory items at the pop-up, including meat and vegetarian empanadas; Peruvian tamales stuffed with chicken, eggs, black, olives, yellow chile peppers wrapped in banana leaves; mini meat and vegetarian Causa Limeña, elegant Peruvian layered appetizers made with seasoned mashed yellow potato; and popular Peruvian sweets such as Crema Volteada (caramel custard), tres leches cake, and delicate alfajores (dulce de leche sandwich cookies). Stop by between 11am and 3pm and come hungry!
